All you need is a computer with one of the following browsers:
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
• Firefox 1.5 or 2.0
• Safari 1.3.2 or 1.5 (a few issues still on 3.0)
Baby Say Cheese and Baby Insights (formerly Baby Manager) may work on other browsers but we cannot gaurantee it. Please register for a FREE Trial version to determine if your browser is compatible. If it is compatible, and it's not listed here we'd love to hear from you so we can add it to our list!
Mobile Devices (Baby Insights Only)
Baby Insights also synchronizes with Baby Insights Mobile on Mobile Devices running the following Microsoft operating systems. Please review our Mobile Device List to verify compatibility.
• Windows Mobile/Pocket PC 2003
• Windows Mobile/Pocket PC 2003SE
• Windows Mobile/Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition
• Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC
• Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Phone Edition (e.g., Palm Treo 700w series)
• Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone (e.g., Motorola Q)
• Windows Mobile 6.0 Pocket PC
• Windows Mobile 6.0 Pocket PC Phone Edition (e.g., Palm Treo 700w series)
• Windows Mobile 6.0 Smartphone (e.g., Motorola Q)
NOTE: You must have a Windows PC or a Mac running Windows in order to install the mobile application on your device. Once installed, you can use your device's cellular connection features to sync to the site and then use a browser on a Mac to access your account.
Due to the large number of mobile devices available on the market, we are unable to gaurantee that the mobile application will work on every mobile device. It should work on devices running the aforementioned Microsoft operating systems. Using information we found at http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/comparison/index.htm , we created a Mobile Device List that shows known devices and their Windows operating systems. Please review this list to help you determine if your device may be compatible with Baby Insights Mobile.
When you register for a FREE Trial, you can download the mobile application by hitting the Download Mobile Application image in the My Account page. If the application works on your device and it is not listed on our Mobile Device List, PLEASE let us know by emailing us at sales@babblesoft.com so we can add it to our list and help others in the future!
