Questions:
Will I have access to the data I saved in the trial version if I purchase a subscription?
Yes, you will have access to the information that you saved in the trial version if you purchase a subscription using the same e-mail address you used when registering for the trial version. For security reasons, however, you will be issued a new password that will be sent to the email address you used when purchasing. After you log in again using your new password, you can change your password in the My Account page by selecting Edit User next to your username.
When does the subscription period start?
The subscription period starts when the account is activated. If you are shipping a gift card to someone in the United States, the subscription will begin when they first enter their temporary ID and temporary password and set up their account. If you are sending them an email gift subscription, it will begin when they activate the account using their email address and temporary password provided in the gift subscription email. If you purchased a subscription for yourself, the subscription will begin when you log in using your email address and password sent in your log in details email.
If you are converting from a trial account to a regular one a new password will be issued and your subscription period will begin immediately upon purchase.
How do I access the mobile application?
You can access our Mobile Web (iPhone, Opera Mini on the Blackberry and other mobiles) application by going to http://m.babblesoft.com and use the login and password information you set up when you signed up for your trial or after you purchased a full subscription.
