Babble Soft software products are fully functional and try-before-you-buy. We provide a Free Account of our web and mobile applications for your convenience to fully evaluate before purchasing.
During your free account period, our support staff is available to assist in usage and configuration via email by completing the Support Form . We highly recommend that users register for and review the fully functional trial versions prior to making a purchase.
After purchasing one of our products, an e-mail will be sent with the appropriate information to activate your subscription. Once this information has been e-mailed, we will be unable to issue refunds other than in the situations noted below.
Within 15 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities, the web or mobile application will not function as advertised, we will evaluate issuing a refund. Babble Soft will consider refunds in the event that the application fails to display accurately on a web browser or mobile device and if your computer, browser, or mobile device otherwise meets the system, browser, and hardware requirements advertised by Babble Soft as being compatible with the application. In such instances, a refund will be considered if you can demonstrate that the software does not operate correctly as evidenced by the error log files or display errors generated by the application or the web application at the time that the software is run.
If you are purchasing the subscription as a gift and the gift recipient is unable to use the application due to the reasons stated above or for other reasons please contact us at sales@babblesoft.com so we can evaluate issuing a refund. Things we will take into consideration are whether or not the account has been activated and how long it has been used.
